Let me tell you, completing Level Eleven is no easy feat. You have to complete challenging tasks every day. There will be NO compromises under any circumstances!!! Absolutely no DAYS OFF and no shortcuts!!! You are not allowed to change anything in the program. If you fail one task you have to start from day one. No Excuses.

But the results are worth it. You will develop the mental toughness to overcome any obstacle, and you will become the best version of yourself. You will gain a sense of accomplishment and confidence that will spill over into every area of your life. 

So, if you're ready to take on the challenge and develop the mental toughness you need to succeed, then Level Eleven is for you. But be warned - this program is not for everyone. It's only for those who are willing to push themselves to their limits and become the best version of themselves.

If you haven't signed up yet, it means the "bitch voice" took over.  The "bitch voice" is the voice in your head that takes over after five seconds and makes you stop from doing what you wanted to do, if the thing that you wanted to do made you feel uncomfortable. This program will train your mind to fight this voice in your head.

"I don’t think I am ready yet."

There will never be a right time to start. That’s your entire problem. You have to start right away.  Life is never perfect to do anything. The least ready you are, the more you have to start....

 What if I can’t finish?

You start again until you do. Do you give up that easily?

 I don’t think I can sustain such difficult tasks.

That’s the whole point. You can achieve what I praised so far if you just do it for a few days. I made this program because it is long enough to develop strong habits. Developing habits takes time, and these habits will stick with you, permanent and healthy habits!

 

 I am already on a diet or a fitness program.

So what? This is a lifestyle, not a diet or a fitness program. This is a mental program and it’s developed in such a way that you can integrate any diet or fitness program you want.

 

 Can I do replace {task X} with another task?

Absolutely not! Every task is there for a reason. Replacing anything from the program is a compromise. One small compromise will lead to another one and another one that will eventually make you quit the program. You got this. Don’t start with a compromise.

 

 

 I forgot last time I worked out. Will I be able to do this?

YES!!! This program is designed in such a way that no matter at what fitness stage you are in our life you can still complete it. This program is for everyone regardless of their current situation. Being out of shape is a mental thing, and this program can change that. I don’t specify what type of exercise you must do. It can be whatever. Here are some examples that you can choose from, but you can create your own. It can be just a 30 min walk.

 I can't do the outdoor workouts because I can't leave my kids at home.

Doing an outdoor workout does not mean you have to run miles away from home. Go to your backyard or driveway, and MOVE. Do jumping jacks, push-ups and sit-ups, jump rope ... anything.

 

Or ... have your kids exercise with you. It's a great opportunity for you to teach them positive habits while they're young, which will help set them up for success as they grow up!!

 This seems pretty easy to me.

Choose the Intermediate or Advanced Level. It starts easy, but it can get extremely hard. Remember one thing. You can finish the advanced part of the program but you can never reach EXPERT level. You can only push yourself and when you do it again, your main goals are: finish the level and beat your best level.

STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND GET TO WORK!!!
